Kalkomey Enterprises is Hiring a Remote Product Manager (Remote)
- Define and communicate the product strategy, and roadmap for our suite of government Agency Tools
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (agency relations, sales, customer operations, etc.) to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering and design to manage resources to execute deliverables according to roadmap deadlines.
- Drive the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and user adoption initiatives.
- Over time, act as the subject matter expert on our suite of government agency tools and applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, feature requests, and support escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching B2B or internal software applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product and business decisions.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics 4
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and rally cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-performing and agile development environments.
- Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices, and proven track record of working closely with product designers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
